These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through our website. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Crystal Jazzz, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
Our aim is to provide beautiful hand-decorated crystal products and a positive shopping experience for every customer.
1. ABOUT CRYSTAL JAZZZ
Crystal Jazzz is a UK-based small business specialising in hand-decorated crystal items, accessories, glassware and gifts.
Our products are individually decorated by hand using glass crystals and other decorative materials. We do not manufacture all underlying products ourselves. Certain items are carefully sourced and subsequently hand-decorated by Crystal Jazzz.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and specifications are as accurate as possible.
Please note:
• Each hand-decorated item may vary slightly due to its handmade nature.
• Colours and crystal effects may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and display devices.
• Product photographs are intended to represent items as accurately as possible but may not show every minor detail.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are hand-decorated items created using pre-existing products and materials.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in crystal placement, spacing, alignment, shade, pattern, finish and overall appearance may occur. Such variations are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted products and shall not be regarded as defects, faults or manufacturing errors, provided the item substantially matches its description and advertised design.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may be enlarged to show detail. Actual colours, finishes, crystal sizes and decorative effects may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, image reproduction, screen settings and the handmade nature of our products. Such variations shall not be regarded as defects or grounds for return where the item substantially matches the product description.
Customers acknowledge that handcrafted products are inherently unique and that minor aesthetic variations which do not materially affect the appearance, functionality or description of the product shall not constitute a defect.
These provisions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

3. PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, including:
• Delivery address
• Product selection
• Colour choices
• Size selections
• Personalisation details
Please carefully review your order before checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
A legally binding contract between you and Crystal Jazzz will only be formed when we dispatch your order and send confirmation that it has been dispatched. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason.
Crystal Jazzz reserves the right to refuse, cancel or discontinue an order before dispatch, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
• Suspected fraud
• Pricing errors
• Stock shortages
• Inappropriate personalisation requests
• Circumstances preventing fulfilment
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be provided.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Product prices and delivery charges will be displayed before checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the available payment methods.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect accepted orders.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. HANDMADE AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Many Crystal Jazzz products are individually hand-decorated, personalised or made to order.
Personalised items are produced using the information supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details, including:
• Names
• Initials
• Dates
• Colours
• Product options
• Delivery details
Crystal Jazzz shall not be responsible for errors arising from customer-provided information, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, dates, colours, addresses or personalisation instructions.
If an error is identified after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee amendments once production has commenced.
Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalised.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal standards.
Crystal Jazzz reserves the right to refuse any personalisation request that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, obscene, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
6. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch orders within estimated timescales shown on the relevant product page.
Processing times may vary depending on:
• Product availability
• Personalisation requirements
• Complexity of design
• Seasonal demand
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Crystal Jazzz shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier services
• Customs procedures
• Postal disruptions
• Adverse weather
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Ownership of the goods shall pass to the customer when the goods have been delivered, and full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered into the physical possession of the customer, or a person identified by the customer to take possession of the goods.
6.1 INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Customers are encouraged to inspect items promptly upon delivery.
Any transit damage, delivery discrepancies, missing items or incorrect items should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs of:
• The packaging
• Shipping label
• The affected item
Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery-related issues with carriers.
Failure to report such matters within this timeframe will not affect any statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
7. RETURNS POLICY
At Crystal Jazzz, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Returns Policy is intended to comply with applicable UK consumer legislation.
7.1 NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
If you purchase a non-personalised item and change your mind, you may cancel and return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the item within a further 14 days.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
Where a customer exercises a statutory cancellation right, Crystal Jazzz may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise required by law.
7.2 PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Examples include:
• Personalised names
• Initials
• Custom colour combinations
• Bespoke designs
This exclusion does not apply where items are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to satisfy applicable consumer rights.
7.3 FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
• Order number
• Description of issue
• Photographs where appropriate
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Price reduction
• Refund
These rights apply whether or not an item is personalised.
7.4 REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Eligible refunds will generally be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Where legally required, refunds will include standard delivery charges paid at purchase. Additional premium delivery charges are non-refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Return instructions will be supplied where applicable.
Returns should not be sent until return instructions have been provided by Crystal Jazzz. This requirement is intended to ensure returns are received correctly and does not affect any statutory cancellation or consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights.
8. CARE OF CRYSTAL-DECORATED PRODUCTS
Our crystal-decorated products are handcrafted and should be handled carefully.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture and excessive heat.
• Do not place crystal-decorated items in dishwashers or washing machines.
• Avoid abrasive cleaning materials and harsh chemicals.
• Avoid impacts, dropping or excessive force.
Please follow any product-specific care instructions supplied with your purchase.
8.1 CRYSTAL DECORATION AND NORMAL WEAR
Crystal Jazzz uses professional adhesives and application techniques suitable for decorative crystal products.
No guarantee is given that decorative crystals, embellishments or decorative elements will remain permanently attached for the entire lifetime of a product. This statement does not affect a customer's statutory rights where a product is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not as described.
Product longevity depends upon handling, care, environmental conditions and frequency of use.
Decorative elements may naturally experience wear, loosening, discolouration or detachment over time due to:
• Age
• Normal use
• Cleaning methods
• Environmental exposure
• Moisture
• Heat
• Chemicals
• Accidental damage
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect and failure to follow care instructions shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects.
8.2 SAFE USE
Certain products may contain small decorative crystals, embellishments or detachable components.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used, stored and handled safely.
Products containing small parts should be kept out of reach of young children and vulnerable persons where there may be a risk of choking, ingestion or injury.
Crystal Jazzz shall not be liable for misuse of products or failure to take appropriate precautions when using or storing items.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Crystal Jazzz designs, branding, photographs, website content, product listings and other original materials remain the intellectual property of Crystal Jazzz or its licensors.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud
• Fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any statutory consumer rights which cannot legally be excluded or restricted
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Jazzz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses including loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product, except where such limitation would be unlawful.
Crystal Jazzz shall not be liable for damage arising from misuse, neglect, failure to follow care instructions, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
10.1 CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
Where a payment dispute, chargeback or payment reversal is initiated, Crystal Jazzz reserves the right to provide all available evidence to the relevant payment provider, financial institution or dispute resolution body.
Such evidence may include:
• Order records
• Customer correspondence
• Production records
• Tracking information
• Delivery confirmations
• Photographs
Crystal Jazzz reserves the right to challenge fraudulent or knowingly false claims and seek recovery of losses where permitted by law.
11. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information is collected and used solely for purposes including:

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Crystal Jazzz shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Courier delays
• Government actions
• Utility interruptions
Where such events occur, we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to fulfil our obligations.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers residing elsewhere within the United Kingdom retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable in their place of residence.
13.1 JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
Nothing in this clause affects a consumer's statutory right to bring proceedings in their local court where such right is provided by law.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Sale, together with the relevant product description, information displayed during checkout and our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between Crystal Jazzz and the customer regarding purchases made through our website.
Nothing in this clause excludes any information, rights or remedies that are required to form part of the contract under applicable consumer protection legislation.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Crystal Jazzz reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale from time to time.
The version in force at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
